Purchase of digital downloads, video clips, or prints grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Prints & Physical Products

All prints and physical products are custom-produced through professional third-party labs. Due to the custom nature of these products:

• No refunds or exchanges are offered unless items arrive damaged or defective

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Digital Downloads & Video Files

All digital downloads, including video clips, are non-refundable once delivered. The buyer is responsible for proper storage, backup, and compatibility with editing software.

Image & Video Quality

Color, sharpness, and motion may vary based on display devices, compression, playback software, or print medium. Minor variations are not considered defects.
